The American Real Estate Investors Association (AREIA) was founded in West Pasco County, Florida on May 1, 2016 by JW Davis, a Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur. AREIA covers Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties as well as the Greater Tampa Bay area and the entire state of Florida.
JW is a Real Estate Investor located in Holiday, Florida. Mr. Davis took Real Estate training with the Russ Whitney Real Estate Academy Education Group. He received a General Certificate in Real Estate Strategies and Solutions as well as Certificates in Wholesale Buying and Tax Liens and Deeds from the Academy. He has also recently received more training from the Eddie Serralles Real Estate Group in Tampa Heights, FLA. Mr. Davis is also the owner of RealEstateHomeSolutions.com, HousesMostWanted.com, RealEstateMostWanted.com and RealEstatePropertiesGroup.com.
